The National People’s Co-operative Bank of Jamaica Limited (NPCB) hereby invites all members and stakeholders to participate in our upcoming National Annual General Meeting (AGM).

As a member-owned co-operative, your participation is vital in reviewing our financial standing, electing key leadership, and shaping the future direction of our institution.

Meeting Agenda & Objectives The meeting will be convened to address the following key business matters:

  1. Board Report: Receive the official Report from the National Board of Directors.

  2. Financial Audits: Receive the Report of the Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.

  3. Auditor Selection: Appoint Auditors for the 2026/2027 financial year.

  4. Elections & Vacancies: Appoint/elect Directors to the National Board and Credit Committee members. Vacancies to be filled include:

    • One (1) Zonal Committee Member

    • Two (2) Directors-at-Large

    • Four (4) Credit Committee Members
